What's the purpose of the FLA?   
A new online platform called the ‘Federal Learning Account’ (FLA) has been launched to govern employee training rights. 

This platform’s main purpose is to provide information to employers regarding their employee training rights.

The Federal Learning Account is the online service that allows you to manage the individual and sectoral training rights of your employees.

You register trainings and training rights and can keep track of which training your employees have followed and to which they are still entitled to.
