What is Group S Academy ?
At Group S Academy, we design and deliver training programs tailored for businesses and their employees. The topics cover a broad range of human resources areas: socio-legal matters, payroll management, employee well-being, leadership, and all other relevant subjects that impact you daily. Our goal: to help you develop your skills, motivate your teams, and support your HR strategy.
Who are your trainings intended for?
For HR managers, business leaders, SME managers, payroll officers, team leaders, administrative staff and self-employed professionals.
Do you only offer HR trainings ?
No. The offer also covers AI, electronic invoicing, communication, management and other cross-functional topics.
Are the trainings online or in person?
Both. Online via Teams, or in person. For full-day in-person sessions, breakfast and lunch are often included.
How can I register ?
Directly via our website: through the "Catalogue" tab, you can use the filters to find the training that best suits your needs and view the description of its content along with all necessary information such as the date, duration, and price.
When will I receive the invoice ?
After the session or, for a series of multiple trainings, after the first session.
Can I send a replacement?
Yes, this is possible at no cost, but please remember to provide us with the name of the new participant promptly so that we can send them all the necessary information.
What happens if Group S cancels a training?
You can accept the new date or cancel at no cost within 5 business days after receiving the notification of the rescheduling or cancellation.
Will I receive training materials?
Yes, each participant receives digital training materials either before or immediately after the training.
Can I rewatch the webinars I attend?
A recording is provided for the majority of sessions in the days following the session. For confidentiality and copyright reasons, we ask that you do not share this link outside your company.
Do you provide a certificate of attendance?
Yes, upon simple request by email. academy@groups.be.
What are the prices of the trainings ?
Prices are listed on each training page. For certain training courses, we offer advantageous subscriptions or discounts on the entire cycle.
Is there a specific discount for Group S clients ?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for Group S clients.
Do you offer subsidies ?
In Wallonia, we can accept "Chèques-formation" for certain trainings. We are also accredited for the "KMO-portefeuille" in Flanders. All information can be found on the pages of the respective trainings.
Do you offer tailor-made trainings ?
Yes, we offer training tailored to your needs, your sector, and your teams. Contact us at academy@groups.be with a brief description of your request, and we will get back to you quickly!
What are the advantages of a tailor-made training?
Because every company is unique, your training challenges are too. We design 100% personalized programs for you: choice of topic, adaptation to your sector, and concrete examples drawn from real-life experience. After receiving your briefing, our experts will develop relevant, interactive, and immediately applicable content. We can come to your premises or reserve a suitable training venue, on the date that works for you, and for the number of participants you need. This way, you benefit from a flexible, effective solution perfectly aligned with your needs.
May I reuse the training materials ?
For internal use only. Any external use is prohibited. The materials remain, in all cases, the intellectual property of Group S.
What happens if I do not attend the training and fail to cancel in time?
According to the general terms and conditions of sale that you accept when registering for our training, the fee is due if the training is not canceled within the required time frame, that is:
- At least 15 working days before the date of a training from the catalog.
- At least 25 working days before the training date for a customized training program.

Are your recommendations legally binding?
Our training courses are delivered by subject-matter experts who make it a point to provide you with the most relevant information possible. However, the trainings are based on the legislation in force and are therefore provided for informational purposes only; as a result, Group S cannot be held liable.
What data do you collect ?
The personal data of clients and training participants that are processed include identification data (name, first name, national registration number, language preference), contact data (email, professional address, home address, telephone number), and professional data (position, qualifications).
What are they used for?
This data will be processed solely for the purpose of offering tailored and personalized training, as well as for handling registration and the organization of the training, issuing attendance and participation certificates, and processing payments.
Do you share them?
They are not transferred to third parties and are stored exclusively within the European Union for the duration necessary for processing.
